Pressure Washing: Patios, Walkways, Stairs & Retaining Walls
The property had extensive flatwork in exposed aggregate and broom-finished concrete—both known for trapping grime and organic buildup. Using our high-pressure surface cleaners and eco-friendly pre-treatment, we deep-cleaned:

Soft Washing: Stucco Columns & Delicate Surfaces
The entry pillars had visible mold and staining. Instead of blasting them with pressure, we applied our biodegradable soft wash solution to kill algae and lift the stains, followed by a gentle rinse to preserve the finish. This method left the surfaces looking brand new—without damage.
