Our team at Axion Pressure Washing recently completed a comprehensive exterior cleaning project at a beautiful home in South Surrey. Over time, the property had accumulated significant moss, algae, and organic buildup across the paver patios, walkways, and concrete surfaces. This not only impacted the overall appearance of the home but also created slippery areas that posed safety risks.

Scope of the Work

The property included a variety of hard surfaces, such as interlocking pavers, exposed aggregate walkways, and concrete paths, all showing visible signs of dirt, moss, and algae growth. Our goal was to fully restore these areas without causing any damage to the surfaces.

Our Cleaning Process

We began by applying an eco-friendly soft wash solution designed to break down organic growth and loosen deep-seated grime. After allowing the solution to work, we carefully pressure washed all surfaces using the appropriate pressure levels for each material, ensuring a deep clean while protecting the structural integrity of the pavers and concrete.

• Paver Cleaning: The interlocking pavers were covered with moss and algae. We thoroughly treated and cleaned each walkway and patio, restoring the original color and texture of the pavers.

• Concrete Walkways: The concrete paths along the house had heavy green staining. After cleaning, the surfaces looked brighter, cleaner, and safer for foot traffic.

• Edge Detailing: Special attention was given to edges and joints to remove embedded debris and organic material that often go unnoticed.
