This house located in White Rock, BC had its asphalt shingles roofs covered in debris, moss and black mold. We first blown down the entire roof in order to see what was underneath. Then we started preparing the roof gently brushing the big chunks of moss without removing the granules of the shingles. After the brushing part of the job, we blown down the roof one more time followed by gutters cleaning. Next thing we did was clean the whole yard and start preparing all the vegetation with lots of water. We sprayed our formulated roof cleaning solution and it killed all the organic growth right the way.

Asphalt roof cleaning take up to 6 weeks until its final result. We call it Fresh Roof.
