For this extensive pressure washing project in South Surrey, BC, we were tasked with revitalizing a large commercial building that had not been cleaned in several years. The buildup of dirt, algae, and other organic growth on the building’s surfaces made this a challenging job, but we were ready to tackle it.

We started by applying our specially formulated soft wash detergent to all the concrete areas. This eco-friendly solution works to gently loosen and lift organic matter, ensuring that the cleaning process is both thorough and safe for the building’s surfaces. After allowing the detergent to dwell for 10-15 minutes, we proceeded with our pressure washing equipment, using a detailed nozzle to carefully clean each section.

As shown in the before and after photos, the results were outstanding. The building’s exterior went from grimy and stained to fresh and clean, restoring its original appearance. Our client was extremely satisfied with the transformation.
