For this project in White Rock, BC, we were tasked with restoring a heavily soiled roof and house siding, both covered in algae and moss. Using our specialized soft washing process, we safely cleaned the delicate surfaces without causing any damage.

We began by lightly brushing the roof to remove the larger chunks of moss. Once the initial debris was cleared, we used a blower to clean the roof thoroughly, followed by a complete gutter cleaning to ensure proper drainage. After prepping the roof, we applied our eco-friendly roof cleaning solution to eliminate any remaining algae, moss, and black streaks. The black streaks disappeared immediately, and while the moss is now dead, it will take up to six weeks for it to completely wash away naturally.

Once the roof was cleaned and treated, we moved on to the house siding, which was also covered in algae. Using our low-pressure soft washing equipment, we carefully cleaned the siding, removing all dirt and organic growth without damaging the surface. The results were outstanding, leaving the home looking refreshed and restored.
